1. Where do you ship to? We ship to all addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not available yet.

2. What are the shipping options and costs? Our US delivery options:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $0 (free on orders meeting the minimum threshold)
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10 (if below free shipping threshold)

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free Standard: 7–14 business days

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) is available on qualifying orders. The threshold appears automatically at checkout.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to love your heels! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn shoes in original condition (with tags and packaging intact). Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong pair. Full instructions on our Returns page.

6. How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking number and link via email after shipping. You can also check status in your OrlisseHeels account under “My Orders”.

7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

8. How do I choose the right size? We use standard US women’s sizing. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. If you’re between sizes or have wide/narrow feet, we recommend sizing up or checking the product description for fit notes.

9. Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us immediately via email (support@orlisseheels.myshopify.com) or live chat. We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible before shipping.
